Soprano Emily Riley is a native to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and can been seen on stages all over the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas respectively.

She has performed with Baltimore Concert Opera, SongFest at Colburn in Los Angeles, CA, Little Patuxent Opera Institute, Bethesda Music Festival, Opera Vivente, and Hawaii Performing Arts Festival. 

In the summer of 2013, Ms. Riley performed the role of Contessa Almaviva in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro with Bethesda Summer Music Festival. While there, she was reviewed as the “vocal standout…  the one unalloyed musical pleasure of the evening, filling the church with beauty.” (Washington Post, 2013).
