The person in this position will work closely with our pastor, technical coordinator and other staff to plan and lead vocal and instrumental worship music. We seek a team player who is excited about working with others to build Western’s worship life, who is energized by experimenting in this time of transition while appreciating the power of our tradition. As we discern our next steps in an antiracist and intercultural identity, we believe music is at the heart of how we worship God, how we welcome and engage our community, and how we strengthen and expand our congregation.
